Reservation & Payment Policy
To secure your space at the Reset & Restore Retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required.
Because accommodations are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, your spot in not guaranteed until your deposit has been received and confirmed.
The remaining retreat balance may be paid in full or through an approved payment plan. All retreat balances must be paid in full no later than August 15, 2026.
Participants who select a payment plan are responsible for ensuring all scheduled payments are made on time. Failure to complete payments by the final due date may result in forfeiture of your retreat reservation and any payments previously made.
Accommodations are assigned based on availability at the time a completed application and deposit are received. While every effort will be made to honor accommodation preferences, specific room requests cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by Holistic Healing with Kerith.
Retreat pricing is listed per person and includes accommodations, scheduled retreat activities, meals outlined in the retreat itinerary, retreat materials, and welcome gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited number of retreat spaces, advance planning requirements, and expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, the following cancellation policy applies:
The $300 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
Cancellations received on or before July 15, 2026, will receive a full refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 15, 2026.
If a participant is unable to attend, they may contact Holistic Healing with Kerith regarding available options. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Holistic Healing with Kerith.
If a canceled space is filled from the waitlist, a partial refund beyond the non-refundable deposit may be considered but is not guaranteed.
We strongly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance if they have concerns about unforeseen circumstances that could impact their ability to attend.
By submitting a deposit and/or payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
Retreat Changes Policy
Holistic Healing with Kerith is committed to providing a meaningful, supportive, and transformative retreat experience. While every effort will be made to deliver the retreat as advertised, circumstances beyond our control may require adjustments.
Holistic Healing with Kerith reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule, activities, facilitators, accommodations, meals, or itinerary as necessary. Any such modifications will be made with the intention of maintaining the quality and integrity of the retreat experience and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward fellow attendees, facilitators, and the retreat property. Holistic Healing with Kerith reserves the right to remove any such participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the experience of others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
By participating in the retreat, attendees acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in wellness activities, including but not limited to meditation, breathwork, yoga, group discussions, and other retreat experiences. Participants are responsible for consulting with their healthcare provider regarding any medical, physical, or mental health concerns prior to attending.
Holistic Healing with Kerith is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the retreat.
The Reset & Restore Retreat is intended for educational, personal growth, and wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare services.
